Nope! You don’t need to be there as long as we have access to the area that needs cleaning. If your gate is locked, just make sure it’s unlocked on the day of your scheduled service.
We continue service in most weather conditions as long as it’s safe. However, in the event of snow, we may delay cleanup for a few days until the snow melts. Service will resume on your next scheduled day, as long as there hasn’t been additional snowfall within 48 hours of your service.
If your gate is locked, we kindly ask that you unlock it on your scheduled service day. After each visit, we’ll ensure your gate is properly closed and latched.
